1. Service Description

Senza Aura provides professional therapeutic home massage sessions for women in Bangalore. Sessions are conducted by Shintu, a certified massage therapist. All sessions are therapeutic in nature. There is no adult, sensual, or erotic component to any service offered.

2. Bookings and Appointments

All sessions are by prior appointment only. Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or Telegram. A session is confirmed only after explicit mutual agreement on time, location, and session type.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price for repeated instances. Senza Aura reserves the right to cancel a session if the environment or circumstances are not suitable for a professional session.

4. Client Conduct

Senza Aura is a professional service. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or communication during or around a session will result in immediate termination of the session and no future bookings. The safety and comfort of the therapist is equally important.

5. Privacy

Client information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No client information is shared with any third party.

6. Health Disclaimer

Massage therapy is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please inform the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor before booking.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
